In celebration of the UK hosting The Rugby World Cup, LIVE were tasked with bringing the Specsavers brand to life by capitalising on their existing sports sponsorship initiatives. With a big focus on Wales, Specsavers wanted to give back to local communities. LIVE created an activation that epitomised Wales' national pride and passion, leveraging the Rugby World Cup.

The Campaign

  • LIVE commissioned ten of the best Welsh Male Choirs to create the first ever #SpecChoir Tour
  • The tour kicked off at The Millennium Centre in Cardiff, with the support of hundreds of visitors and tourists 
  • 45 selected Specsavers stores treated to one-off performances
  • The finale was held in Swansea and Cardiff on the day of Wales' first match
  • Campaign achieved local press and radion coverage 
  • Money raised for the Welsh Deaf Rugby Union
